Duckside Announced; Think 'DayZ Meets Rust But You Play as a Duck'
Duckside has crafting, base-building, PvP, PvE, and, since you're a duck, it has flying too. Precision flight controls allow you to maneuver through the air both in combat and just to scout, while you'll also upgrade your weapons (read: guns) along with your bases to defend against enemy raids on servers that support up to 50 fowl players.
Publisher tinybuild has announced Duckside, a new persistent-world survival game for PC where you play as a duck. And no, this is not a joke despite it being April 1. Check out the announcement trailer above and the first screenshots in the gallery below. Duckside has crafting, base-building, PvP, PvE, and, since you're a duck, it has flying too. As the developers put it with tongue firmly in cheek, "Duckside isn't just about surviving; it’s about getting into the mind of a duck. Being a duck. Feeling the cold steel of a machine gun on your feathers.
